When I upload a movie into movienizer, the description of the movie is always cut off. For example it will be like "Jonh was a young fell who loved ....." How do i have it download the complete description?

I think i figured it out but know i have this problem NOW.

The first sentence is cut off then right after it is continued and completed. How do I fix this?

This means that you have downloaded information about the movie with the "Download full description" option disabled, then enabled the option and downloaded information about the movie once again. Thus you have two descriptions. You can remove the former one manually.
