Is there a way, where I can see movies listed under the "Collection" where there isn't any info typed in.

Examble:

Under location/Movies I would like to see all the movies, I haven't typed in any location, so I easily can add a location.

The same goes with Subtitles/Movies.

Here I can only see movies, where I already have typed in infomation.

not exactly sure what you mean, but if you click "collection-albums" you will get a list of all your movies. if you explain a little more it might be easier to answer your request.

if you click "manage-customize collection" you can some what create how you want the search to act and look.
