It would be nice to get a feedback whether requested features are going to be implemented and approximately how log to wait for them. It could be done in way that you would provide a list of requested features showing which ones will be implemented first and approximately when. I am sure you have such a list for your internal use. That would be a nice gesture from developers as now you request something and you have no idea if that ever will be implemented or not.

This also would be relevant for bugs. If there is a crucial bug that is not going to be fixed any time soon, maybe I should consider switching to other product .

Critical bugs are fixed immediately, if a serious bug is reported, we release a new build usually within the same day. Fortunately, this happens rarely, as new versions are tested by our team and by beta-testers.

Feature requests are taken into account, however, adding this or that feature depends on its popularity and on how reasonable the feature is. That is, if users continue asking for some feature, it is likely to be implemented soon, but we can also add a feature if it was requested by just one user, if we think that it's a great idea.
