Hi, this is my first post.
when i first d/l a movie/tv series i get the actors with 10 image placecards. When i select the actor...all i get is the current movie that was downloaded and not all the other films. I have looked at all the options and everything is selected.

also

when the image placeholder is there it does not mean that you have all the data for that actor... so when you click get info for a actor... you have to select all actors even the ones with placeholders because i do not know which actor has been stored with all the information because the placeholder only means that there is a actor pic?

Does this make sense........or am i doing some thing wrong?

Do you download information about the actor, or just select? If you do not download any information about the actor, nothing will be shown except the movie you downloaded and the photo.


You can choose whether to download photos of actors together with information about movies. If do not like this feature, just disable it in the "Options" menu, on the "Download options" tab.
