I catalogue a lot of TV series as well as movies and downloading/updating movienizer all the time gets to be a bit of a chore. I started using a program called Torrent Episode Downloader (TED) which scans RSS feeds and automatically downloads new episodes of defined series. To be honest it's not that great, but this idea connected to Movienizer would be fantastic. It would need to:

Add new parameters to movie season tab or maybe new tab to allow input of RSS links and download save library

Automatically update episode info when a new episode is downloaded

Have a background task which monitored feeds at specific intervals

Have some sort of alert on the home page that new episodes have been added

You can get a good idea of the main functionality by looking at TED (free from http://www.ted.nu/index.php). What do you think?

A big vote from me for that, although I would not rely on the torrenthashes only, I would go as far as integrating an newsgroup ability to download the episodes as well, therefore all users are serverd as they wish
