In the window "add a movie" there are missing any topics.

Again, please make sure that the latest version (4.0) is properly installed. At the moment it looks otherwise. You can uninstall and reinstall the program (only be sure to save your database in a folder where you can easily access it).

After installing as admin (windows 7 - right click - install as admin) everything was fine.
