I've created an entry with several discs and when I create a report, I have the same entry corresponding to the number of discs. It will probably be much clearer with the pic bellow!

Most probably you are sorting your movie list by disc number. This is the expected (and intended) behavior with this sort mode. You can switch to another sorting mode to show every movie only once.
