Hi,

I upgraded to ver 4.2 - now all images have been replaced by a yellow exclaimation mark (see attached screenshot).
I have tried to redownload some images, but they are not displayed & restored my db but the exclaimation mark remains.

Images displayed fine in my previous version.

Can any anyone advise please?

Could you please provide more information? Where your database is stored? Did you try to copy the database to another location and open the copy?

Hi Vlad,

DB is was created & stored on a newtoek drive. Images displayed with no issue. Program was updated to ver 4.2, & images appeared as outlined below. I moved the db (& relevant folders) to my C drive - images now display, as expected.

Can you advise on how to revert to the original situation - db & folders on a nw drive, with images displayed?

If you create a copy on your network drive, does it work?

Copied the copy from my C drive - same result - no images.

Does it show the same (exclamation marks instead of images)?

no images are displayed - but the yelloe exclamation mark is displayed.

We will address this issue in the next version. At this moment, please store your database locally (this is the recommended option anyway).

I keep my database and covers on a network drive and things were working fine with 5.1.260 but when i upgraded to 5.2 is when the same thing happened.
all the images were replaced by the yellow exclamation point. you could click in the place of the image and the actual image would be displayed in a seperate window but the place holder in the program would be like in the image of the orginal post.
