i don't know if this problem was fixed, or if it is happening again? but basically the script is skipping over the headline cast memembers..

the difference seems to come from:
<a href="/porn-videos/626158/shyla-jennings-pornstars.html">Shyla Jennings</a>
and
<a href="/porn-videos/636514/sensipearl-pornstars.html" class="Item_PerformerHeadliner">Sensipearl</a>

i tried messing around with the script in C:\Program Files\Movienizer\Scripts but it seemed regardless of what i did to that script, i kept getting the same results.
could someone point in the direction of the right script file i should be trying to mod, or alternatively, someone elses fix for this.

I'm having the same problem although I find if I download the cast info it seems to back fill into the movie details.

If anyone actually digs in to fix the AdultDVDEmpire script, can the words "Adult DVD" be deleted from the titles and the "#" sign deleted from the series number? Sometimes "On Sale" gets pulled in as well or other such pollutants. I tried to mess around with the script but couldn't figure out how to delete those two words from the downloaded title. Adult DVD is not part of any title and it causes issues when using the IAFD script for more detailed info downloads.

Here's an example of a title from adutldvdempire script:

- My Daughter's Fucking Blackzilla #9 Adult DVD

And here's the link to the IAFD title...as you can see, they are much different and if you start with the adultdvdempire download, it won't connect to IAFD and vice versa. Very frustrating.

- http://www.iafd.com/title.rme/title=My+ ... illa-9.htm

basically, the title needs to be pulled from: <div id="Detail"><div id="Boxcover"><a href="http://cdn3c.adultempire.org/products/77/1239077h.jpg" class="fancy" rel="boxcover" title="My Daughter&#39;s Fucking Blackzilla #9">

but getting rid of the # sign....can this be done?

A new version of the script is now available, there is an option to remove # in the script settings window.

Nice! One problem tho...where is the new script???

It's not pinned and nothing is coming through when I initiate an updated. Incidentally, I'm using 3.3...please let me know where I can find the latest and greatest scripts because right now, none of them are working at all!!

We recommend to upgrade to Movienizer 5.x if you'd like to receive script updates. Scripts from Movienizer 5.x are not compatible with Movienizer 3.x.

Are you kidding me with that response? Update the script for Movienizer 3.x please. If you don't, I will certainly buy a new DVD Cataloging software package that correctly downloads movie info but I can promise you that it won't be any Movienizer product or any product affiliated with you. I would think updating the script for v3.x is a very simple exercise for you, particularly since you've already updated the v5.x script. So in my mind, you're a few minutes away from getting me what I want but you're choosing to squeeze me into paying for more software....no way would anyone spend that money with you after such an underhanded tactic. Seriously think about it!!

Your customer retention technique is horrific...for your own good, clean up your act mister!

Thanks in advance for updating the 3.x script and posting it in the v3.x script updates.
