Post Show what's going on at data fetching
I like to go back to a discussion I've started long time ago but did not clearly explain by then, therefore not understood by some of us.

When downloading data from "let's say IMDB" you see a screen but don't know what's really going on at the background, therefore you don't know which movie is beeing processed and when you need to check if all is completed you get little or no information of whatso ever.

In my suggestion you do not only get information abou what's going on in the background but you also get a listing at the end of the process giving you the opportunity to correct, save or process the errors that where discovered at downloading.

At point A there is going to show a list of all movies which completed succesfully and need no attention from you, these movies are added to the database, an option for saving this list to "added movies at date xx-xx-xxx" is appreciated for future processing (ex. labeling or whatever) evenso a hyperlink would be handy for direct processing and control.

At point B there is going to show a list of movies which could not be found at the curren moviesite (ex. IMDB) and need updating or processing manually (or automatically in a future added option) with another moviesite for example dvdempire.com.
The list must have an option to be saved as "movies to update" (or whatever) for future processing and manually editing as well as a hyperlink to quicly jump to the added movie for direct processing.

At point C there is going to show a list of movies which are present in your database and need a decision from you about what to do next, "update existing file/record" or "add as new file/record" or "skip processing"
This list needs to be saved as wel and helps you to quicly see which records are updated or added to check if there are no double records in your database.

Each saved list needs a hyperlink for each movie title so you can jump to the titel for processing fast en accurate and after processing a return to list function.

For example:

List C:

"movie aaaa" exist in your database as "movie existing aaa" choose from "update existing" or "add new record" or "skip processing" "JUMP TO RECORD"
"movie bbbb"exist in your database as "movie exist bbbb" choose from "update existing" or "add new record " or "skip processing " "JUMP TO RECORD"
etc.
etc.

Needless to say that the quoted options are the actions that need to be taken and that the "JUMP TO RECORD" link could serve to jump to the existing record to see which movie already is there to check out and compare.

Thank you for your suggestion. There is still some room for improvement. :)

Sorry, it wasn't meant as any comment on your good work though, just to try and think of a system which makes us get the data faster and mor reliable without having to do things like writing down what did or what did not get done.

This way I save myself some pencils and some headaches

In fact it's a good suggestion, I hope that we introduce the feature soon.

The latest version shows a log of the movies that it doesn't find.
