Post Collection box in edit info unticking itself
Hi there.

hope you can help me? Im using version 2.2 which was fine until a few weeks ago. HOwever, now whenever I start Movienizer the amount of movies shown as being in my collection goes down quite substantially. Usually between 20 and 30. I've discovered that the films are still there but if I go into edit info the in collection box has become unticked! Could someone please tell me how this is happening and what I should do to stop it? The only change I have made recently is to disable automatic updates. I am thinking of updating to newest version but this has put me off a bit.

Any help gratefully recieved.

This is kind of behavior is very strange. Please create a copy of your database in another location (copy the .dmo file and the "Covers" folder) and open it by double clicking the .dmo file. Will the copy have the same problems?

What antivirus do you use?

Thanks for your reply! I tried that but its still happening, each time I open Movienizer, movies in collection total goes down! Weird! I use ESET NOD32 anti virus so I'm well protected! I think I am going to upgrade because the latest version looks so cool just fed up if I have to manually tick the in collection box for each individual movie, will take me ages!

I would try to disable the antivirus temporarily. Sometimes antivirus tools may cause strange errors. Besides, they udpate themselves automatically, which is why you may start having problems any moment.
