[SOLVED] Unable to update

Updated to version 10 this morning. When I started Movienizer it asked me to enter my user name and registration code and restart. When I restart I get a error message "The maximum number of activations was exceeded (-5) I have a lifetime license for all 3 izer programs so what gives?

Sone one did something as I entered my user info today and it took with no errors
